Registration

To submit your application, please Register first, by filling out the form below.

After Registration, please activate your account, login and Upload the following documents:

1. Birth certificate – certified copy in the original language and certified translation (in Romanian, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages)

2. Passport copy – valid for at least 6 months from the moment you upload your application file.

3. High-school graduation diploma – certified copy in the original language and certified translation (in Romanian, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages)

4.Bachelor diploma (only for master and PhD applications) – certified copy in the original language and certified translation (in Romanian, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages) Provisional certificates are accepted on condition you have graduated in the current year

5. Master diploma (only for PhD applications) – certified copy in the original language and certified translation (in Romanian, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages) Provisional certificates are accepted on condition you have graduated in the current year.
Diploma on countries

Certified copy – the copy of the original document must be certified/legalized/attested by the entitled authorities. For the countries that are members of The Hague Convention that Hague Apostille is required

6. The agreement (only for PhD applications) of a doctoral coordinator.

7. Transcript of records pertaining to the high school studies (all years) – certified copy in the original language and certified translation (in Romanian, English or French, if the original is not issued in one of these languages)

8. Medical certificate (in Romanian, English or French, not older than 3 months) attesting that the applicant does not suffer from any contagious diseases or any other affections incompatible with the future profession.

Certified copy – the copy of the original document must be certified/legalized/attested by the entitled authorities. For the countries that are members of The Hague Convention that Hague Apostille is required.
